I am a human being who walks through this life with the deep conviction that I am much more than the identity I carry today.

I like to see existence as a incarnation : a valuable human experience, filled with lessons. Over time, I realized that I no longer wanted to simply succeed in life, but to learn to live it fully. To let go, to trust, to love myself, to slow down and savor the small pleasures of everyday life.

It is at I have been a founder for 29 years A soul under the sun, an area where I can share my thoughts on the soul, spirituality, personal development, love, well-being, and the big questions of life.

🌞 Why this name?

Because I believe that one can be deeply spiritual while being fully human. For me, spirituality does not consist in fleeing from the earthly life, but in learning to love it, with all its challenges, imperfections and little moments of magic.
